Do you have a location I can visit?
We are a delivery-only medical marijuana patient collective. Our discreet delivery service is free within Los Angeles. See our Service Areas maps for delivery zones. You can choose what you want in advance for quick drop-off, or decide after viewing samples – whichever you prefer.
When are you available for delivery?
We understand the importance of getting your medicine when you need it most and are available for you from 10am until 8pm seven days per week.
How does the delivery process work?
We first pre-verify your recommendation status with your doctor. Once you have been pre-verified, we can then discuss medicine details and answer any questions you may have. Pre-verification is a one-time-only process until your recommendation expires and then we will have to pre-verify your new recommendation to continue to provide service. Please expect a two hour window period or more for all deliveries, depending on driving conditions and location. Please order ahead for preferred timing. For all first time patients, we are required to take a computer scan of your drivers license and doctors recommendation for membership purposes.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and ATM cards.
Is medical marijuana legal for personal use?
Medical cannabis is legal under state and local law. Voters in California legalized the use, cultivation, and possession of cannabis for those with a doctor’s recommendation or approval when they adopted Proposition 215 in 1996, also known as The Compassion Use Act. Within California, the Act allows for the recommendation by a physician for the medical use of marijuana by a patient, and the cultivation, transportation and use of marijuana for medical purposes by patients and caregivers.
The Compassionate Use Act exempts patients, caregivers and physicians who recommend the use of marijuana for medical purposes from criminal laws, punishment, or the denial of any rights or privileges. Senate Bill (SB) 420 (Chapter 875, Statutes of 2003) was written into law in December of 2003 (see California Health and Safety Code, Article 2.5, Sections 11362.7 through 11362.83) and is part of California law to this date.
How do I qualify for medical cannabis?
A specialized doctor may issue a personalized recommendation for medical cannabis to you.
Is my personal information, and medical information stored in a government database if I join your collective?
No, your personal information, and your medical information kept completely confidential. It is only stored for our records in a secure area, and it is NOT submitted to any government agency.
Who is eligible for membership in the collective?
Only California residents who are age 18 or above and are qualified patients possessing a valid doctor’s recommendation to use medical cannabis may be accepted for membership. There is no fee to join the collective.
The city or community where I live does not allow medical cannabis dispensaries. Can I still become a member and receive deliveries from the Club?
Yes you can! City regulations banning, or otherwise restricting the presence of dispensaries within their municipal jurisdictions are based on zoning ordinances and business licenses used to forbid or strictly control the physical presence of dispensaries. The law currently allows cities this power. However, a city or community cannot deny a Qualified Patient access to Medical Cannabis. As a Member of Dispensary CA Collective, your access to Medical Cannabis is 100% assured. We are committed to providing high quality Medical Cannabis for ourselves and our fellow Members. If you don’t live within our service area to qualify for our delivery service, we can ship your Medical Cannabis to you.
